About This Position:
As our company grows into different industries, we are seeking a Marketing and Communication Associate to join our team. The Marketing and Communication Associate will develop and implement corporate marketing and business development efforts in partnership with all teams of different disciplines and corporate leadership. Some of these efforts include press releases, events, social media management, community outreach, digital marketing, business development, corporate branding management, and website management. This position would act as the voice of the company and represent the company in conducting marketing, public relations, and business development efforts on all company’s ongoing business.
Essential Functions:
- Digital Marketing: Manage marketing campaigns and promotions for existing and future products or services. Spearheaded marketing content, including website, email campaign, product listings, videos, posters, etc. Write and edit website blogs and articles to optimize online awareness and branding.
- Communications: Research, draft, update and edit internal and external communications materials, including project presentations, official publications, e-newsletters, websites, flyers, and all other media content.
- Public relations: Assist in developing and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders. Manage company sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and events, including sponsorship budgets, task coordination, and promotion via social media, PR, ads, and internal announcements. Organize and attend community outreach events.
- Business Development: Assist senior leadership in conducting business development efforts to achieve business growth. This includes designing and creating project presentations, drafting business plans and marketing materials, and managing potential leads.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-3 years experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A good team player
Preferred:
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is preferred but not required
- Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising is preferred but not required
- Chinese and English bilingual is preferred but not required
