About This Position:

As our company grows into different industries, we are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. The Marketing Intern will assist and implement corporate marketing efforts in partnership with all teams of different disciplines and corporate leadership. Some of these efforts include the management of social media, website, corporate branding, and etc.

 

Essential Functions:

Communications

  • Assist in the coordination of apartment leasing activities as needed

  • Follows established processes to provide prompt and efficient service to existing clients and customers.

  • Research, draft, update and edit internal and external communications materials.

 

Digital Marketing

  • Assist marketing campaigns and promotions for existing and future products or services.

  • Assist marketing content, including website, email campaign, product listings, videos, posters, etc.

  • Assist in writing and editing website blogs and articles to optimize online awareness and branding.

 

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 1+ years experience in marketing or digital marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Effective interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • A good team player

 

Preferred:

  • Bilingual is preferred but not required

  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required

  • Experience in the eCommerce industry is preferred but not required

  • Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising is preferred but not required

Property Manager

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Optimize apartment listings for available units

  • Tour the property with future guests and complete traffic sheets

  • Maintain close contact with current tenants and conduct surveys for improvement

  • Partner with the maintenance team for repairs and maintenance

  • Conduct pre vacating and pre-move-in inspections

  • Perform move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, process rental forms

  • Prepare outgoing property performance reports

  • Issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and files

  • Make supplies consuming plan, and control reasonable use of all supplies

  • Manage day-to-day building operations

The ideal candidate will be a responsible, highly detailed-oriented individual who has strong time management and excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in property management

  • Proficient with productivity software, including M.S. Office 365 and Google Workspace.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Team player and fast learner

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work on Saturday is preferred; living on-site is optional

  • Knowledge of AppFolio or Yardi is preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent Disciplines preferred

Graphic and Branding Designer

Responsibilities 

  • Brainstorm with project teams to bring advertising campaigns to life from concept initiatives to execution 

  • Contribute to all parts of the design process - from ideas, concepts to production. 

  • Create digital experiences (websites, digital advertising, presentations, data visualizations) that are optimized for conversion, accessibility and responsive screen sizes. 

  • Craft compelling, inspiring creative for integrated marketing campaigns 

  • Contribute to developing and elevating the overall aesthetic and presentational value of our brands. 

  • Demonstrate visual storytelling through graphic design (typography, composition, layout), illustration, and animation for digital, print, and experiential mediums. 

  • Contribute to and brand guidelines development of existing and future products.  

  • Complete and oversee miscellaneous marketing tasks, projects, and responsibilities  

 

Requirements 

  • BA / BS in Graphic Design or field-related degree 

  • Design portfolio demonstrating a range of work (print, digital, social, video) 

  • 2+ years professional graphic design or branding design experience 

  • Professional knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Power Point, Keynotes, Sketch with an emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop 

  • Strong conceptual thinker, Creative, collaborative, and confident. 

  • Expertise with typography, layout and color choice.  

  • Basic knowledge camera operation 

  • Highly motivated and collaborative – taking ownership of works but also being objective and responsive to feedback. 

  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative with the ability to work independently when needed. 

  • Strong writing and communication skill

Development Manager(Construction)

About This Position  

As our real estate portfolio grows, we are seeking a Development Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a specialty in multifamily/mixed-use and new construction management and will help to advance your building career in the future with the growth of the company. 

 

This role would report to the Senior Development Manager and would assist in covering the full project cycle from feasibility, design team meetings, construction management as well superintending the delivery of projects to completion. This role will provide exposure to office, residential, retail, and mixed-use development projects. 

  

 

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Support daily efforts of Sr. Development Manager 

  • Manage the overall project design process. Lead design meetings with the architect, engineer, construction manager, tenant representatives, and company property and facility managers  

  • Develop, coordinate, and manage project planning and scheduling. 

  • Ensure that the project schedule is maintained during the design and construction phase, manage costs to ensure the design remains within the established budget, and work with the project team to identify and resolve design issues effectively to meet all project requirements. 

  • Negotiations with relevant governing agencies. 

  • Supporting Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement processes, including submission and responses for Requests for Information (RFI's).  

  • Review construction documents and shop drawings for buildability, conflicts, or other details related to construction. 

  • Coordinating equipment procurement with the purchasing department and outside vendors.  

  • Obtain and reviewing information and approvals for processing of shop drawings, product data and samples. Coordinating with the project drawings and specifications. Study contract drawings, specifications and shop drawings to ensure proper coordination and installation.  

  • Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure their work is being performed according to the schedule and set quality and safety expectations. 

  • Lead Construction Management tasks in the office and in the field. 

  • Work to optimize team effectiveness and help coordinate the project team. 

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationship with team, company personnel, vendors, consultants and contractors. 

  • Lead project site visits. The applicant may be required to navigate through a jobsite and must comply with all Company and Site safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite 

  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible. 

 

Interpersonal/Communication Skills: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a primary function, the position requires: 

  • Ability to influence others and resolve problems in a positive manner. 

  • Ability to handle the stress of dealing with the public and governmental agencies and adapt/adjust to changing circumstances.

To be considered for this position, you will have: 

  • Four-year degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or architectural field.  

  • At least 2-3 years' experience within construction management and real estate. 

  • Aspirations to progress your career over time 

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Adept at problem solving, communicating, working efficiently, and constructively challenging subordinates. 

  • Project management skills. 

  • Relationship building skills with ability form relationships with all stakeholders. 

  • High degree of motivation and self-starter, driven. 

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams 

  • Ability to use necessary software tools such as Procore, Bluebeam and others. 

  • Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
