Senior Corporate Branding Designer (Position located in Seattle, WA) (Job ID:  SCBD0525)

Responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Branding Designer is responsible for the following:

  • Develop and evolve brand visual identities, design systems and guidelines for Onelin and subsidiary businesses in different industries including real estate, capital investment, and restaurant/hospitality, using Adobe Creative Suite for logo, typography, color palette design and similar elements.
  • Create and lead design concepting and implementation based on guidelines to maintain brand consistency and amplify brand portfolio, incorporating innovative visual design and brand assets.
  • Regularly create engaging branded creative collateral using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and WordPress for marketing campaigns across various digital marketing channels, including social media posts and templates, website landing pages, email templates, display ads, animated video graphics, etc.
  • Design website wireframe and layout through Figma or Sketch; produce website visual content within visual brand system via WordPress, HTML/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS); and improve the online creative experience based on feedback and Google Analytics and other website data to contribute to converting and reaching more leads. Leverage user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices to ensure a seamless user experience, apply design principles and keep abreast of design trends and web design principles.
  • Create best-in-class print marketing collateral mainly through Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, including company profiles, investor packages, posters, advertising artwork, brochures, signage, handbooks, menus, etc. Ensure cohesive brand experiences and best practices across touchpoints, including initial designs, editing, and overseeing vendor’s print work progress for fully executed high-quality prints.
  • Work seamlessly with marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to gather information, draft and improve corporate visual design/visual storytelling via PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar tools. Present design proposals, translate business goals, creative needs and scope of projects into high-quality design work that aligns with marketing strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Successfully deliver multiple projects with impactful design approaches while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Take ownership and provide feedback to design team members, outside agencies and contractors on visual design, as needed.

Salary Range

$80,746 year -$89,000/year
