The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to accelerate business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client partnerships. As a key representative of OneSpace Solutions, you will collaborate with developers, owners, contractors, architects, and designers to drive new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for design-driven environments, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to translate vision into successful, high-impact projects. This role requires someone who can work both collaboratively across teams and independently to achieve goals, proactively engage in outreach efforts, and build lasting partnerships that support our mission and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and engage key decision-makers across the real estate, hospitality, commercial, and design sectors. Expand and nurture your professional network to generate new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Sales Growth: Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and understanding client needs to closing deals—by building tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. Gain a deep understanding of the full FF&E cycle to provide informed guidance and solutions to clients.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with developers, owners, architects, designers, contractors, and procurement professionals to understand project goals, advise on FF&E strategy, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and procurement professionals to strengthen OneSpace Solutions’ market presence.
  • Market Leadership: Establish OneSpace Solutions as a trusted FF&E partner by staying ahead of industry trends, representing the brand at events, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Monitor sales activity, forecast revenue, and refine strategies to achieve performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of three to five years of enterprise, channel, and/or distribution sales experience, preferably within the FF&E, interior design, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
